Meet with us for track practice.  We start off with a 2 mile warm-up and then get to the set of the day. There are generally various pace groups anywhere from 5:00 min pace on up and based on individual races there might be different distance options.

Build mental and physical strength to take with you on longer runs.

Create a more well-rounded running program.

Increase your turnover speed.

Teach your lungs to process more oxygen more efficiently.

Track workouts are a great way to burn fat.
